Due to the hectic in our routine life, it is almost impossible to eat six perfectly balanced daily meals required to be in fit shape. Hence, protein supplements such as protein powder are often taken as they are easy to prepare and of course they taste good too! There are various types of protein powder which can be from animal or plant sources. Common protein powders are whey protein, casein protein, egg protein, pea protein, hemp protein and rice protein.
